HOW TO ORDER
Placing an on line order is quite easy. Just follow the instructions on screen. Piece of cake:
1. Choose the product you would like to order, pick the right size (if necessary) and click “add to cart”. The selected item will appear in your shopping cart. If you would like to continue shopping, click “Continue shopping”.
2. If you have finished shopping, click “proceed to checkout”. If you have a discount, you can fill it out. If you would like to have an estimation of the shipping cost, fill out “country, state and zip/postal code”.
3. You are now at the checkout page. You can checkout as a guest or you can register as a new customer. If you have already registered, then just login with your email address and password.
4. After logging in, select a billing address. If you want your order to be sent to the same address as the billing address, hint the box “Ship to this address”. If you want the order to be sent to another address, hint “ship to different address”, and click in the checkbox “new address”. Fill out the required fields and click “continue”.
5. Shipping Method: you get an overview of the best possible shipping cost. Click”continue”.
6. Payment information: here you can see which payment methods are accepted. Click “continue”.
7. Next step is an overview of your order together with the shipping costs. If your order is correct and you want to place it, click “place order”.
8. You will now be referred to a secure payment site. Click your payment method by clicking on the logo: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Bancontact-Mister Cash.
9. After payment, you will receive an email in which your order is confirmed. This will happen as soon as payment is validated.
10. Your order is prepared for shipment. IMPERIUM SNOWBOARDS will do everything possible to ensure that your order will be delivered within 4 to 10 working days.
11.If you wish to be informed about the delivery status of your package or if you have any other questions, go the contact page http://www.imperiumshop.com/contacts , fill out the required fields, write your comment and click “submit”. We will answer your question as soon as possible.
WHERE AND HOW DO WE DELIVER?
IMPERIUM SNOWBOARDS delivers to customers with an address in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Luxemburg, United Kingdom, Austria, Italy, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Romania, Spain, Norway, Switzerland, Sweden, USA, Australia, Brasil, Canada, China, Hongkong, Japan, New-Zealand and South Africa.. These deliveries are carried out by TNT Post.
After ordering and authorized/confirmed payment items will be packed and shipped. Your order will be delivered within 2 to 10 working days depending on order destination. Imperium Snowboards will do everything possible to ensure delivery within these 2 to 10 days.
Shipping costs are calculated taking into account size, weight and destination of the package. Exact Shipping costs can be found on the order overview.
POINTERS FOR QUICK AND SUCCESFUL DELIVERY
Provide us with an address on which somebody is likely to be able to accept the package (e.g. address at work/neighbor’s address).
When a customer is not at home, the package will be offered three days in a row (for Belgium), twice (for the Netherlands) and once for the rest Of Europe and non-European countries. Each time a notice is left behind which states how to act in order to retrieve the package. In most cases the package will be stored at the local post office, where you can pick it up.
If your item is delivered in a damaged way, do not hesitate and contact us immediately through the contact page. IMPERIUM SNOWBOARDS will then do everything possible to solve this problem.
HOW TO PAY?
The following methods of payment are accepted by IMPERIUM SNOWBOARDS Web Shop: credit cards from VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. By using a credit card (credit card number), one confirms to be the legitimate owner of this credit card.
When your order is accepted by IMPERIUM SNOWBOARDS , the amount due will be debited from your credit card account. All credit card users need to get validation and authorization from their credit card company. If a credit card company refuses for any reason to process a payment to IMPERIUM SNOWBOARDS, we will contact the customer and temporarily postpone delivery. In this case IMPERIUM SNOWBOARDS cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery or refusal of delivery.
All credit card info is provided through a SSL (Secured Socket Layer) connection. IMPERIUM SNOWBOARDS cannot be held responsible for abuse of this info by third parties.
PRICES AND INFORMATION ON WEBSITE
All prices shown on the IMPERIUM SNOWBOARDS web site are tax included, shipping costs however are excluded. Shipping costs are (together with shopping cart details) shown on electronic order form Customs or import duties and/or local taxes, where applicable, shall be for the account of the customer. They are not included in the price. Prices are subject to change at any time. Changes in prices do not affect the total price for a concluded sale and purchase agreement as confirmed by IMPERIUM SNOWBOARDS by e-mail. Although all information regarding prices, specifications, etc. is placed on the website with the utmost care, IMPERIUM SNOWBOARDS does not guarantee its accuracy. Discounts mentioned may be based on sales prices previously used in retail stores. IMPERIUM SNOWBOARDS shall not be bound to deliver any orders that were placed on the basis of incorrect information that was displayed on the website.
I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE
1. Products purchased through the IMPERIUM SNOWBOARDS website can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
2. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) in original condition within 14 days of receipt. Upon receipt of your goods, a full refund will be issued excluding the shipping costs.
1. You can return your goods via the Post Office to the following address: Imperium Snowboards- Leliestraat 70/A -2860 Sint-Katelijne Waver-Belgium. IMPERIUM SNOWBOARDS cannot be held responsible for any returns parcel lost in the post, therefore please keep your receipt as proof of postage.
2. IMPERIUM SNOWBOARDS will refund your items provided all conditions are met. All items must be returned unused, unwashed and in their original packaging, with all appropriate garment tags intact and attached, within 14 days of receipt. All accurately returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card, excluding the shipping costs.
3. If you return us an item which doesn’t meet the conditions described above, we may not refund you. The item can be returned back to you at your expense. You will be notified of this and other associated charges. We reserve the right to make a €15 administration charge to cover our costs.
DO I HAVE A 100% GUARANTEE THAT ORDERED ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE
Unfortunately it does happen an ordered item isn’t available anymore. We will then contact you as soon as possible through e-mail or telephone. You will then have the choice: either you can choose another item or you can cancel your order completely. In the latter case you will get a complete refund.
